My Story
I learned about care in environments where people are often at their most vulnerable. My professional journey began as a nurse where I learned that being present for someone goes far beyond clinical expertise. It requires the ability to listen, to remain grounded in uncertainty, and to understand what may be happening beneath what is immediately visible.I later moved into clinical research before developing expertise in body image and identity-related care.
Over the years, I supported people navigating significant physical, emotional and psychological transitions. This work taught me something that continues to shape my practice today: the relationship we have with ourselves influences the way we think, relate, make decisions, perform and ultimately lead.My career also brought me into international and high-performance environments, including the world of luxury, where I worked alongside CEOs, professionals and emerging leaders. Behind ambition and achievement, I often encountered another reality: perfectionism, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, questions of identity, and the challenge of finding one's place in demanding environments.I developed a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and emerging leaders. A different way of thinking, feeling or processing the world can bring challenges — but also remarkable strengths. My work is about helping people better understand their own functioning, recognize what drains or activates them, and build on their individual strengths rather than constantly trying to conform to expectations that may not fit them.
This is where Continuum Care took shape.
I wanted to create the kind of space I believe meaningful growth requires: compassionate, but not complacent. A space where you can feel heard without being protected from the questions that matter. My approach invites you to explore your emotional triggers, protective mechanisms, recurring patterns and the beliefs you have built about yourself — with curiosity, honesty and a genuine willingness to challenge what may no longer serve you.Ultimately, my role is not to tell you who you should become. It is to help you understand who you are, develop the tools to navigate your own complexity, and create the conditions for your potential to unfold — personally, professionally and as a leader.Because leadership is not only about leading others. It begins with learning to lead yourself.Great leadership begins with self-awareness.

My Approach
My approach is compassionate, but it is not about sugar-coating. Meaningful change requires the courage to look beneath the surface — to explore the patterns, emotional triggers and protective mechanisms that may be keeping you stuck, even when they are uncomfortable to face.
Together, we go where the work needs to happen. Alongside reflective and emotional work, I may integrate mind-body approaches to help you reconnect with your physical experience, feel more grounded, and develop a deeper awareness of what your body may be communicating.
I will support you, guide you and create a space where you can explore without judgement — but I will also challenge you. Continuum Care is for those who are ready to be curious, take responsibility, question familiar patterns and actively participate in their own growth. Because real change doesn't come from being told what you want to hear. It comes from being ready to see what you haven't been willing or able to see before.
